Weight loss nutritionist for women who are done with quick fixes and ready for real, lasting results. Mom of two wild little boys, holistic nutritionist, and your go-to gal for cutting through the diet BS. Oh, and yes—I laugh at my own jokes way more than I probably should.

What I Do:

I help women find their balance again—whether that means finally hitting a weight where you feel good, or sorting out the hormonal chaos that’s been running the show since, well, forever. (Looking at you, burnout, irregular cycles, and “WTF is this?” cravings.)

But here’s the thing: I don’t do cookie-cutter plans or impossible rules. I do real life. Because I know that between work, kids, and trying to have a shred of a social life, you don’t have time for complicated diets or “eat-this-not-that” nonsense.

Together, we’ll create a sustainable, realistic plan that works for you. Because no two women are the same—and your path to feeling amazing shouldn’t be either.

A Little Backstory

Before launching Rhiannon Lockhart Health, I spent five years working in one of Vancouver’s top Naturopathic clinics, helping 100+ women navigate weight loss, hormone imbalances, and everything in between.

I’ve seen it all:

  • Women spinning their wheels on diet after diet with zero results.

  • Exhaustion, burnout, and “Why the hell am I gaining weight when I barely eat?” vibes.

  • Hormones wreaking havoc and nobody offering real answers.

I get it. I’ve been there too—setting goals but having no clue how to reach them, struggling to juggle life, and feeling like nothing ever sticks. That’s why I’m obsessed with making this process as approachable (and dare I say, enjoyable) as possible.
