Holistic nutrition and fitness coaching for moms — because feeling like yourself again shouldn't be this hard.

I'm Rhiannon, a holistic nutritionist and fitness coach based in the Okanagan, BC. I help women (especially moms) figure out why their body isn't responding the way it should, and build a sustainable approach to feeling strong and energized that actually fits their real life.

You're not doing it wrong. You're just missing the full picture.

You've tried the diets, you've tracked the calories, you've done the workouts. And maybe they worked for a little while, or maybe they never really did. Either way, something still feels off and you can't quite figure out why.

Here's what most plans miss: your body isn't a simple equation. Especially postpartum. Your hormones have shifted, your schedule has changed, your meals now revolve around a small human who only eats beige food and, on top of all of that, you're supposed to figure out how to fuel yourself too.

Generic nutrition and fitness advice wasn't built for your life. That's why it isn't working.

A holistic approach that looks at what everyone else has missed.

As a holistic nutritionist and fitness coach based in the Okanagan, I don't hand you a meal plan and send you on your way. I look at the full picture (think: digestion, hormones, energy, stress, sleep, and movement) because all of it is connected, and all of it matters.

It's hard to focus on nutrition when you're constantly bloated and don't know why. It's hard to trust a training plan when you're exhausted, always cold, and not seeing any progress despite doing everything right. These aren't willpower problems. They're signals and they mean something.

Nutrition and training aren't two separate things you tackle one at a time. They work together. And when they're aligned, that's when things actually start to shift. As a 1:1 coach, I work with clients on both, building a personalized approach where what you eat supports how you move, and how you move supports how you feel.

Whether you're navigating postpartum nutrition virtually, looking for a fitness coach in the Okanagan who actually looks at the full picture, or just ready to stop guessing and start understanding your body… this is where that starts.

And my goal the entire time? To make myself unnecessary. I want you to understand your own body so well that you know how to get back on track every time life knocks you off it — no program required.

Ready to stop guessing?

Whether you're looking for community, a group program, or personalized 1:1 support — there's a place for you here.

Here's how we can work together:

“You are in safe, wise and highly informed hands!”

Hi, I’m Rhiannon…

I trained at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and have worked alongside naturopathic practitioners in the Okanagan — which means I look at health the way it was meant to be looked at: as a whole picture, not a checklist.

I started Strong Moms Club because when I moved to Lake Country, I couldn't find a place to workout with my kid and meet other moms. I created the Fuelled Mom Method because moms deserve more than generic nutrition advice that doesn't account for their actual lives. And I work 1:1 with clients who are tired of trying things that don't work and are ready to finally understand why.

If you're looking for a nutritionist who actually listens, looks at the full picture, and teaches you how to be your own resource, you're in the right place.
